Account Manager

Responsibility

• We are looking for an account manager that is responsible for managing the agency’s relationship with clients.
  
• You will need to take responsibility for delivering creative work that meets the client’s needs, addresses any problems that may arise, and are expected to develop-long term relationships with longstanding clients, with a view to maintaining a high retention rate.
  
• You will be the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and negotiate contracts and close agreements.
  
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Ideal Experience

• Having 5 years or more experience in branding or advertising agency
• Experienced managing small teams in a stressful environment
• Have a good understanding of what branding is
• Having knowledge in business and marketing is an advantage
